Circum-Polar Arctic Flux Workshop will be held at the Hyytiälä Forest Field Station, situated about 200 km from Helsinki, near the beautiful lake Kuivajärvi, surrounded by forest.

It’s not easy to get to Hyytiälä station by public transport. We recommend you to plan your travel to Helsinki so, that you will use our organized bus transportation:
- on 6.02 the buses will pick up participants at 11:45 from the Central Railway station (please download the map from here: pdf),  at 12:20 from Kumpula Campus (main entrance to Physicum), and at 13:00 from the airport (map, pdf) to Hyytiälä;
- on 9.02 the buses will leave Hyytiälä at 11:00. Estimated arriving time to Helsinki airport - 15:00 and to Central Railway station - 15:45.

Participants will be accommodated in shared flats with six two-person bedrooms and a shared kitchen, lounge and shower.

The station kitchen will provide breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee, and dinner. As Workshop Dinner they will invite you for Boreal dinner on 8 February, which will be served outside, if the weather allows it, or in the Old Dining Hall, historical place for formal and informal parties.
